One Family Photo, Four Characters, One Coloring Book: A Cartoon-Style Run
We ran one family-of-four photo through LineArt in Cartoon style. Five pages, five scenes, four faces consistent throughout — the unedited result.
Our first case study followed one golden retriever puppy through a Realistic-style book. This time we raised the difficulty: a family of four — two parents, two kids — in Cartoon style. Keeping one dog recognizable across five pages is hard; keeping four people recognizable, each with their own face and hair, is the real test of a photo-to-coloring-book pipeline.
As before: one photo in, one book out, nothing retouched.
The input: a single family photo
We started with this family photo (a free-license photo from Pexels — the same kind of shot that's sitting in your camera roll after any weekend outing):
Dad with one daughter on his shoulders, mom with the other by her side. Four faces, four hairstyles, one photo. That's the whole input.
Six minutes later: five pages, four consistent characters
We picked the Cartoon style — the cute chibi look made for kids — and five family scenes: park, beach, picnic, playground, and baking. Here are all five pages, exactly as the pipeline produced them:
Look at what carries through every page: dad's spiky hair, mom's long wavy hair and earrings, the older daughter's big curly hair, the younger one's polka-dot dress. Even the shoulder-ride from the source photo shows up on the pages. Five separate drawings that read as one book about this family — that's the consistency we sell.
