Uploaded Photos: The photos you upload to generate coloring pages, and the generated results, stored so you can access your creations.
Payment Information: Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); we do not store your card details.

Device Information: Details about the device you use to access our services, such as IP address, browser type, and operating system.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

To provide and maintain our services, including generating coloring pages from your photos
To process payments and credit your account
To notify you about changes to our services
To provide customer support
To gather analysis or valuable information to improve our services
To detect, prevent, and address technical issues and abuse

Photos you upload are used only to generate your coloring pages. They are sent to our AI processing provider for generation and stored in our private storage so you can revisit your creations. We do not use your photos to train AI models, and we do not share them publicly unless you explicitly choose to.

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Third-Party Services

We employ third-party providers to operate our services, including cloud hosting and storage (Cloudflare), AI image processing, payment processing (Stripe), and authentication. These providers process your data only as needed to provide their services to us.

Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Uploaded photos and generated results are retained so you can access your creations; you can delete individual files at any time from your account. Payment records are retained as required by tax and accounting law. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request deletion; receive a copy of your data in a portable format; object to or restrict certain processing; and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell your personal information). To exercise any of these rights, email support@lineart.ai — we respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Accounts and purchases are for adults; the coloring books adults create may be enjoyed by children, but children themselves should not use the service. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

International Data Transfers

Our infrastructure runs on Cloudflare's global network, and our processing providers may store data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.
